Individual Volunteers
Nominate an individual for the 2012 NSW Volunteer of the Year Award. Nominations for this Award close 31 August 2012.
Please read the below nomination instructions before completing your nomination.
Nomination Instructions
- If you are submitting your nomination online please follow this instruction to avoid tears
To avoid losing your nomination if there is a computer problem which causes your submission to fail, please type up and save the answers to the long questions in MS Word and copy and paste them into the form and print a copy of your completed nomination form before hitting submit. This is to ensure you have a copy of your nomination in case of a computer problem which causes your submission to fail.
- Please read the entry criteria to ensure your nominee is eligible for nomination for the 2012 NSW Corporate Volunteer of the Year Award.
- Please answer all questions and reread your responses before submitting.
- Please provide a nominator email address to receive an email from Award Manager confirming acceptance of your nomination.
- Please provide a nominee email address for the Award Ceremony invitation to be sent to.
- Once you have submitted your nomination, a thank you page will load. If you do not see this page please contact Kristin Sinclair on 0412 313 359 or email ksinclair@volunteering.com.au to confirm your nomination has been received. Please do not close the online nomination web page before speaking to Kristin.
